Aunt Jenny’s Cornbread

(make this and a can of chili and call it good!)

Dry Ingredients:                          Wet Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal                              4 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour                                    2/3 cup oil
1 1/3 cup sugar                              6 Tblsp. butter, melted
2 Tblsp. baking powder                 2 ½ cup milk
1 tsp. salt

Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately before combining together. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean (about 35-45 minutes)
