2 lb chicken breast
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
16 oz reduced fat sour cream
1 packet of onion soup mix
Crumbled bacon (optional)
Put
raw chicken in crock pot. Mix can of soup with onion soup packet, pour
over chicken. Cover and cook low for 8 hours or high 4 hours or until
chicken cooked. In the last half hour, stir in sour cream. Shred chicken
just before serving. Serve over rice or biscuits. Crumbled bacon on
top, if desired.
